Observation

Diaper ointment was observed to not be labeled with the child's first and last name. There was also vaseline that was unlabeled with the child's first and last name. There was no medication/diaper cream ointment forms for the child. There was no medication/diaper ointment form for the vaseline. The vaseline was unlabeled and lacked a medication authorization form signed by parent/guardian and doctor. The vaseline did not have labeling.
